1. Placing an Order

How do I access my cart?

Click on the cart icon on the top right of the homepage. The icon looks like a purse or small bag. Once there you will have an option to continue shopping which is above all the items in your cart. There will also be a checkout option which is below all your items.

Also when you click on a product, an add to cart button be there. If you click on it, a pop up will show up which includes buttons for viewing your cart, checking out or to continue shopping.


How do I place an order?

Once you arrive to your cart, scroll down to the checkout button. There will also be buttons to choose a specific payment method. After this provide your required information and your shipping and billing address.


How do I check the status of my order?

When you log into your store account it will be under order history. This will include the date ordered, the payment status, the fulfillment status and the total amount paid for each order. 

If you click on the order number, a tracking number will appear with a link to track the order. You will also be given the date the product was fulfilled.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Click on Contact on the top menu bar or in the footer. Then send your message.

Be sure to include your email or phone number (whichever you provided at checkout). If not sure which one, please provide both. Also include the items you want to modify/cancel and the quantity.  We will respond within 48 hours.

Shipping is Free 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Shipping time will be in the product description.

Product usually arrive within 1.5 to 2.5 weeks

3. Returns and Exchanges

What's your return policy?

Understand our return and exchange policies, including eligibility and procedures in our [Return Policy].

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

If you want to return something click on Contact on the top menu bar or in the footer. Enter your information and say that you want to return the product(s).

Be sure to include your email or phone number (whichever you provided at checkout). If not sure which one, please provide both. Also include the items you want to return and the quantity.


4. Account and Profile

How do I create an account?

In the top right corner, click on the person icon. Then click on Create Account which is below the black Sign In button. It will then prompt you to enter your email and password for your account.

Once your account is created you can click on View Addresses. Here you can edit your delivery address, set a default address or add another one.                            

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

After clicking on the person icon in the top right corner, click Forgot Your Password which is above the black Sign In button. Then enter in your email to get an email on how to reset your password. 

You may need to wait up to 5 minutes. 

5. Payment and Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay and Diners Club.
